Organization
which is operating business for attaining the organizational goals needs to
perform the operational activities efficiently. In order to perform the
operational activities it is mandatory for the organization to recruit new
employees. In order to recruit new employees for the organization, the
organization has to go through a complex way.
Recruitment
is the process of inviting, selecting and appointing the candidates for the
organization. In the recruitment process there are several issues such as
legal, regulatory and ethical issue which have to be considered. The HR trainee
performs several role and responsibly in terms of recruiting and the candidates
and giving training to them. The
managers of an organization assess the performance of the organization in order
to find out the ability of the organization and to
identify the sectors which have to be improved for the accomplishment of the goals
of the organization.
